The study employs a comprehensive approach, analyzing existing literature, conducting interviews with executive function coaches, and collecting data from clients who have undergone coaching sessions. The findings emphasize the effectiveness of executive function coaching in improving cognitive abilities, self-regulation, and overall well-being.
