NUSA DUA, Indonesia, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Indonesia's strategy to raise the obligatory palm oil content of biodiesel to 40% next year from 35% will need additional feedstock supply of around 3 million metric tons, a senior Indonesia Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) official said on Friday.
