World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
The feature of upgrading items allows players to upgrade their existing equipment. This can be done through any Item Upgrader (

You can find the upgrade components you require in a variety of places around Hyrule. These include merchants, shrines and even enemies. They are typically marked by a blue triangle or a gold circle symbol. They can be found in great quantities as you progress through. They may appear randomly however there is a chance that getting certain upgrades will trigger a quest that will reward you with more.
It's important to note that, although the level provided by each upgrade may vary however, it will always be higher than zero. This is because a full set of upgraded armour will give you a significant defense boost, which will shield you from all kinds of attacks, excluding magic which makes it a very effective tool for any class.
Weapons
You can upgrade your guns by using special upgrades to create a truly unique weapon. These upgrades can increase damage or alter the stats of the weapon to match your specific build. Other useful items include the Helicopter Cap and Rocket Boots which allow the player float in mid-air while moving, and the Jetpack which allows him to accelerate in any directions when on the ground. In the Engineering section you can quickly create a variety of utility items, while others are only available through Research projects or experimental projects on the Proving Ground.
Players can unlock more powerful utility items in addition to those they have in their usual inventory by purchasing them at the Atomic Shop or from seasonal Scoreboard rewards. Some of these items can be upgraded to increase their effectiveness.
Most utility items provide the player with an advantage in navigation or boost a specific combat ability.
