Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant to taste. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a cup that is delicious on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would complement vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Don't stir or stir your coffee bean 1kg as it can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.

Strength - 3 is soft and easygoing, great for relaxing weekends.
