When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to keep it warm and ready for brewing. After brewing, let the coffee sit for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been saturated and are not over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee as it can result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.
