The special model can be purchased with a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by a 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. Its influence can be felt throughout the interior as well as a Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet that features an open display window that displays an image of the original crankshaft from the 8 Litre displayed inside.
Other highlights include a chrome-colored application running back to the side of the car that has an air vent with a photoetched B shape that incorporates W.O. The front grille is modeled following 1930s-inspired Onyx, and there's a chrome application around the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille is also distinctive, with an aluminum shell instead of the typical body-color mesh that is found on the regular Mulsanne and also featuring the Flying B logo as well.
The key box is made of Bentley wings and has an ebony lining. Individual key pouches can be bought to match or contrast the key box. The commemorative set includes a 1:18 scale model and an air-borne "B" paperweight. It also includes a booklet printed with never-before seen images of the original 1930s Bentley 8 Litre.
