Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. After the brewing process, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted.
