The Integra came in two models in the United States, the RSX and the RSX Type-S
boasting the K20A2 engine from 2002 to 2004, whilst the 2005 and 2006 RSX-S was included with a K20Z1. It also had an entirely new engine, the K-series. For North America (the United States and Canada), Acura was introduced while the Acura RSX relating with Acura's new alphabetical naming scheme. The RSX was sold as a Honda Integra in Japan and Australia, markets where Acura didn't exist.
A continuously variable transmission is standard, but a close-ratio 6-speed manual is available. The Acura Integra includes a turbocharged 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine with 200 hp and 192 pound-feet of torque. Acura notes that it tuned the CVT for the high-output engine with quick response and simulated gear changes. The 2025 Integra will feature a more powerful engine or various other performance advantage.
You can find worse cars compared to the Honda Civic to base it on. The 2025 Acura Integra a high-performance car brings a powerful engine, a guide transmission, and an enhanced chassis. In comparison, the continuously variable transmission (CVT) Integra is cheaper but less fun. The Audi A3 or other sports hatchbacks, including the Mazda 3 and Volkswagen Golf GTI. The 2025 Acura Integra's manual transmission will be a lot of fun to operate a vehicle, but it's also less refined than its direct rivals and bears an uncanny resemblance to the Honda Civic Si, which sells for thousands less.
The Integra comes standard with synthetic leather upholstery, heated sport front seats, and an 8-way power driver's seat. Acura offers three color choices, 2025 Acura Integra
including Ebony, Red, and
Acura Integra 2025 Orchid. An available Technology package brings a 12-way driver's seat and 4-way passenger seat, alongside microsuede upholstery accents. A-Spec cars add stainless-steel sports pedals, contrast stitching, red and gauge needles. Embossed Integra logos in the bumpers and the rear-end appearance are types of small design touches meant to evoke memories of previous generations.
As it does with other models, Acura will offer an A-Spec package for the Integra, Acura Integra 2025 and also, like others, it's purely cosmetic and doesn't enhance performance. Additionally it carries nostalgic visual elements that tie back to the "original" car. The brand new Integra shares a number of its styling with other
Acura Integra 2025 models and some dimensions with the Honda Civic. Several cars were entered into the 2009 British Touring Car Championship season and won the 2003 Asian Touring Car Series.
The Acura Integra and RSX have already been popular in automobile racing. Realtime Racing used the Integra Type R and later the RSX Type S to compete in the SCCA World Challenge Touring car class for most years. In 1992, the Integra was utilized in Formula One as a safety car at the Canadian Grand Prix. The Acura Integra is known for its responsive steering, agile chassis, and balanced suspension, which make it a joy to operate a vehicle on both city streets and winding roads.
