3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent choice for parents looking for an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It scored highly in our Strollers & Multiples Test for weight and fold dimensions, meaning it is lightweight and compact when folded and easy to move and store into a car trunk. It also features a reclined seat that can be reclined in several positions as well as cup holders for the parent. Other important features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels and two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.
It performed better in our push and turn test than a lot of the strollers we tested, but was nonetheless difficult to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. Its sunshades were among the smallest strollers we test. They only cover the top, and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have much larger canopies.
The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together using an average manual and no components required tools. It is missing certain features we believe are essential for double strollers. These include an extra-large basket, reclining seats, and adjustable leg rests.

It's a breeze to maneuver, and the one-hand reclining of the seat and the super large shopping basket make it easy for parent-tots to get the child in and out of the seat quickly. Despite being a small pushchair, it was able to handle the everyday bumps well and slid through doors without a hitch.
The front wheels can be locked in an forward position or let them swivel which can be helpful when crossing rough terrain. We allowed the front wheels to swivel during our walk on a stony path. It was able to handle this well, although it seemed slightly bumpier.
5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,
Baby Jogger is famous for their all-terrain, 3-wheeler jogging pushchairs, but they also offer a great assortment of strollers with four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It is easy to use and folds small enough to fit into a car boot even with the carrycot attached.
It's a bit heavier than other strollers we tried, but the wheels are a rubber composite so it feels well-made and durable. It maneuvers expertly across different types of terrain. It's easy to carry even with two children and a shopping bag.
Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that can be lowered to reveal UV50and sun canopy extensions. They are sturdy and waterproof, unlike other prams hoods which can be blown back into toddlers faces.
It's not a lot of storage space, however it does come with a huge basket that's big enough to hold a changing bag as well as plenty of food items. You can also connect it with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for babies up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters sold separately). 6. Nuna Mixx Next

It locks automatically and folds in just four steps. It can also stand and be trolleyed for easier transport in the boot of your car or down the stairs at home. The travel system comes offered with the option of adding an additional car seat or carrycot by using the adaptors included. The brakes are only one action and are color coded. They also work with flip-flops.
7. Babyzen Duet
This budget-friendly pushchair is simple to operate and features a fantastic dual suspension. It can be folded with one hand and comes with a handy carrying strap. It's also light and robust. The seat can be reclined in many positions and has a built-in double breathable mattress that is suitable from birth.
