Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or stir your coffee as it can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
