Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and mellows into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to the balance. The result is a drink that is a great drink on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It's a perfect match for vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brew.
