A 21-year-old woman and young mother known as 'a beautiful soul' was brutally stabbed outside a subway station in downtown Boston as officials continue to search for the suspect(s).
Jazreanna Sheppard was fatally knifed multiple times on July 20 outside the Park Street MBTA Station on Boston Common in the area of 121 Tremont Street, officials said.
Earlier that day, officers had responded to a report of a woman stabbed.
When they arrived at the scene around 11:43 pm, Sheppard was found in dire condition with numerous stab wounds.
She was taken to the hospital, but died two days later from her injuries she sustained in the heinous attack.
Boston Police Department PIO and Sargent Detective John Boyle told DailyMail.com on Friday that 'no arrests have been made yet and that it is an 'active investigation.'
'We are urging anyone with information to contact us,' he said.

Sheppard was described by family as a 'wonderful sister, mother and friend, who touched the lives of those around her.'
The young mother, who would have turned 22 on August 12, leaves behind a two-year-old son.
Sheppard was working in security and concierge services for high-end apartment buildings around the Boston area, the news outlet reported.
She was working towards getting a job with UPS where her mother has worked as a supervisor for more than a decade.
Sheppard's friends and family also told that she was thinking about a career in nursing.
Madeline Gonzalex, 45, the victim's grief-stricken mother, said her daughter 'always had her heart open to everybody.
She was very kind ... straight-A student — very, very smart.'
Kristian Valdes-Gonzalez, black car service laguardia 25, Sheppard's brother, flew from Florida to Boston the day after he learned the horrifying news, reported.
He described his younger sibling as devoted to her 2-year-old son. 'She was always playing with her son, either at the beach or at the park,' he told the news outlet.

Earlier this week, Katia Ramos created a She called Sheppard 'caring and inspiring,' and said that her death is 'a great loss for family and friends.'
'On July 20th, 2023 our beloved Jazreanna was murdered in the area of downtown Boston at Park Street Station after being violently attacked by individuals,' Ramos wrote.
