Price
The cost of strollers can be shocking for new parents. There are a variety of options that can fit any budget. The Kolcraft Cloud Plus, for instance, is a light and budget-friendly stroller that doesn't feel flimsy or expensive. It also has a huge storage basket, and an easy one-handed fold. If you experience any issues with the stroller, you can get free repair and tune-ups from the manufacturer.
Summer Infant 3D Mini stroller is also extremely light and offers some nice features, such as two cup holders on the tray for parents and a decently sized canopy. It's also available in a few different colors. If you're looking for a stroller that's a bit more substantial, try the Baby Jogger City Mini GT All-Terrain stroller. It's not only a lot cheaper than the traditional full-size strollers, but also comes with all the bells and whistles that are found in more expensive models, like the deep recline with adjustable leg rests an adjustable width for doors, and more.
The Graco Expedition Double is a great double stroller for the price. It's a great choice for suburban and urban parents with multiple children who want a smooth ride, the same design and padding for the seat as well as a variety of additional features, including tray for parents and storage in the seat. It's not equipped with the most expensive features, like suspension and tracking, but it's significantly less expensive than other double strollers.
It is crucial to select the right travel system for your needs. The Pivot Xpand can be adjusted to fit your family as it grows. You can add another toddler seat or bassinet for newborns and the stroller can be converted into a standing platform for older children to climb onto and off.
Strollers can be costly, but you can make them more affordable. For instance, shopping on sales such as Amazon Prime Day or Black Friday can help you score a deal on strollers that would normally be out of your price budget. Remember that strollers tend to be heavier than other
baby gear, so look for lightweight alternatives whenever you can to get the best value for your buck.
Design
It's not uncommon for new parents to feel sticker shock when they first see the price tags on strollers. But it doesn't need to be this way. The Kolcraft Cloud Plus stroller is an excellent option for families on a tight budget that don't want to sacrifice features. The lightweight stroller comes with a one-handed fold that fits in overhead bins, an ample undercarriage basket that can also be used as cup holders, and a snack tray. It's not as gorgeous as the other models we've tested, but it is much more affordable and has many of the same features as more expensive options.
In addition to its price in addition to its affordability, the Cloud Plus scored well for design, with a sturdy frame that is able to withstand lots of use and a one-hand brake that is easy to use. It is easy to push on flat surfaces, and it is able to easily negotiate obstructions like curbs and other obstacles. However, it does not have a wide stance as some of the larger strollers we evaluated, making it difficult to maneuver on uneven surfaces. It also doesn't have a deep recline and the sun canopy is shorter, but those are small sacrifices to make for such a reasonable price.
The Doona Combo is another good option for families with a tight budget who don't have a ton of space to store their stroller. This product is both a stroller as well as car seat. It folds into its own, with the car seat attached. This makes it a practical and compact option for travel and taking public transportation. The only negative for this stroller is that it doesn't have the same number of kid-friendly and parent-friendly features as some of the other strollers we reviewed and it lowered its user-friendliness score.

Safety
When shopping for strollers it is essential to think about safety. The cheapest strollers might not have as many safety features as their more expensive counterparts, however there are still plenty of options that are safe and meet the highest safety standards in the industry.
Checking the Consumer Product Safety Commission's (CPSC) safety ratings is one way to make sure your stroller is secure. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) assigns a letter grade to every stroller. It ranges from A+ to F. A+ strollers do not have any reported or known problems that could cause harm to children.
Another way to ensure that your stroller is safe is to look for a five-point harness. This type of harness has straps that go around your baby's chest and hips to ensure they don't fall out or become loose. The harness is also attached to a buckle at the rear of the car seat which you can lock using your fingers. It is also essential to make sure that the brakes are easy to operate and dependable.
It's an excellent idea to read reviews from other parents who have used the stroller.
