The Czech firm CZ-Brno replaced Vickers Armstrong in 1934 and CMC started producing ZB-30 machineguns and 7.92mm Mauser ammunition in 1935. In 1939 the Czechs' holdings in the corporate were taken over by Hermann Göring.
