A mum-of-four has shared how she lost 46kg and several dress sizes after tipping the scales at 109kg.
Cassie Krawczyk, 34, first knew she had to make a change when her weight skyrocketed after she had her second baby in 2015.
Having always struggled with her health, Cassie transformed her diet and exercise routine; the simple tweaks helped her shed fat and build strength despite a frantic household and tight budget.
Initially, Cassie dropped 20kg 'really fast' but it took her another two years (with a baby in between) to lose the rest. She said 'focusing on the scales' is the biggest mistake people make and believes nothing hinders your success more.
Cassie's secret was global weight loss community, The Healthy Mummy, where she took up home workouts via an app and adopted a new diet filled with wholefoods, plenty of snacks and DIY smoothies.

What she's learned has seen her remain confident, healthy and energetic enough to keep up with her little ones and reduce her once high risk of type 2 diabetes.
To stay in shape, Cassie, who works in the health industry in Victoria, starts her day with a coffee and
Chillwell toast before enjoying peanut butter and carrot sticks or some boiled eggs mid-morning.
She then makes a salad using a recipe from her app before a delicious yet 'perfectly balanced' dinner.
'Dinner is my favourite. Having four kids there is always at least one that isn't happy with the meals we cook so we do a lot of meals that can suit everyone's individual needs,' Cassie told FEMAIL.
'For example, we will make porcupine meatballs and I'll have it with veggies and the kids will have it with pasta.'
Cassie warns everyone against 'focusing on the scales' if they want to see results
