In our testing during our testing, the X8 Pro performed well on all kinds of flooring. It was able navigate through obstacles, furniture and hard floors without difficulty. The three-brush cleaning system is better for hardwood floors than Roomba’s two brush model. The X8 Pro has a programmable bucket that automatically emptys after each sweep, and after every second or three times it returns to the docking station.
Roborock S7 MaxV
The S7 MaxV robot mop and vacuum is a powerful machine for cleaning. Its battery can last for three and a half hours when it is in its energy-efficient Quiet Mode, giving it ample runtime to get rid of light debris from large spaces. The MaxV features a powerful Max+ setting that can handle heavier messes. However, the running time is cut to less than 90 mins.

This is a bit more complicated than setting Ecovacs' rival robot the X1 Omni. This feature is a great option for those who have larger homes or who don't want to think about emptying their robot's trash bin. It is important to note that the Ultra model isn't equipped with a dock that self-empty unlike the S7 or S7 Plus.
Eufy X8 Pro
The X8 Pro is a 2-for-1 robot vacuum and mop that comes with powerful suction and industry-leading navigation. It utilizes iPath Laser Scanning to map out the space, avoid obstacles and detect carpet thickness. A huge 2.5-liter dust bin is sealed to keep in debris for a virtually hands-free operation.
The mop and the vacuum have separate cleaning modes that work together or independently. The mop drags the dampened pad along the floor, while the vacuum removes dirt and pet fur. This method is great for everyday cleaning, but it won't take off tough stains or sticky mess.
The X8 Pro was able to clean my floors quickly and efficiently in our tests. At $429, it beats out low-end competitors such as the Shark Ion R85 and offers the same functionality as top-rated models like the Roomba iRobot X9 Pro and the Neato Botvac D7.
The design of the D4 is similar to that of the D6 with the exception of the absence of shiny black plastic cladding. Instead matte finish that doesn't attract dust and other debris separates the D4's upper surfaces. A disc that is raised with the word "neato" and a logo on it, is positioned on top of this rounded robot. It conceals the laser that powers its navigation.
Like all Neato vacs as well, the D4 starts its cleaning session by driving around your home to map out its design. Although at first it seems odd, there's an explanation behind this madness.
