Nespresso Lattissima Coffee Maker Review

imageThe Lattissima is a Nespresso machine that takes brewing one-touch to a new nespresso machine level. It can make espressos and lungo coffee in one minutes or less and it can take the vast selection of capsules.

It is also easy to reprogram the machine to brew the exact size drink you want. This is a nice feature for busy households.

Easy to use

This black nespresso white Coffee machine machine, which is basic in appearance, is simple to maintain and use. It is minimalist in its simple design with just one top-facing button that controls powering, rinsing, the brewing process and much more. Open the lid, insert the capsule inside and press to start making coffee. It heats up quickly and provides a range of drink options including double espresso, or five 8 or 18-ounce coffees. It even comes with a steaming wand that can be used for making a delicious milk texture for your drinks. We love the small design and simple interface, however, we noticed that the machine didn't produce as strong a cup of coffee or espresso as some of the more expensive models. It's also not as simple to recycle the capsules like some other machines we tested. For these reasons, this Nespresso isn't one of the top choices for nespresso white Coffee machine our side-byside test.

Quick to brew

The Nespresso machine can brew a cup of espresso in 15 seconds. The hot water from a reservoir is pumped through a pump that is able to penetrate the tiny holes in the top of the pod. The water then mixes with the ground coffee and drips into the cup. We tried the machine with Jones Brothers and Bestpresso capsules and it made an intense and delicious espresso that has a slight bite. We also tested whole, almond milk, and 2% and found that they all performed very well.

Easy to clean

Cleaning of a Nespresso machine is essential both inside and outside. This will help keep it functioning properly and ensures that it's safe to use. It also enhances the flavor of your coffee. You can use a variety of cleaners to clean your Nespresso and include vinegar. It's best to use a descaling agent instead of vinegar, as it could damage the machine.

To clean your Nespresso, begin by removing all the pods and then cleaning the drip tray and capsule container. Fill a sink with warm water, and add a few drops dish soap. Let the drip tray and capsule container soak in soapy water for a few minutes to loosen gunk and stains. Rinse them off with hot water, and then employ a non-abrasive sponge or cloth to scrub off any stains or residues. After scrubbing, wash the drip tray and the capsule container once more and allow them to dry completely before returning them to the machine.

Once your machine is clean, it's time to descale it. You can follow the directions in your user manual to follow a specific procedure. In other cases, you can make a DIY descaling solution using citric acid or white vinegar. However, if you're using vinegar be sure to make use of white vinegar instead of balsamic or apple vinegar since they are too harsh for this purpose.
