It's also iRobot's strongest vacuum, able of grabbing the dirtiest messes and hairy pet hair that is larger, unlike other mid-range models like the Roomba 960. This is due to the cleaner's larger counter-rotating brushes and a stronger motor that has more suction power.
The Roomba 995 is also iRobot's lowest-cost vacuum, with recharge and resume, but it's not equipped with the auto-empty feature that the I6+ and I7 offer. It also doesn't have iAdapt 2.0 navigation, as well as the camera that the I7 employs to detect objects and avoid obstacles. This means that it won't be able to save maps or access within-app features such as no-go zones.
