Weight
The weight of a double buggy is one the key factors that will determine its ease to push. Typically, a light buggy will be easier to lift and carry however, it may not have enough suspension to handle bumps and uneven terrain.
The majority of double buggies have an upper limit on the weight of each seat and some have total frame limits and it's important to verify the specifications of each model prior to making a buy. Some also fold down with seats removed to make them even smaller and lighter, which can be useful if storage space is at a premium.
The tri-fold doubles tend to be the lightest models as only one hand is required to lift the lower and back sections. Folding

Manoeuvrability
One of the most important aspects to take into consideration when selecting the right size double buggy is its maneuverability and how easy it is to get around with two children aboard. Narrow tandem buggies can be excellent at this, as are side-by-side designs. However, these can be more substantial overall and can be tricky to maneuver through doorways.
