Mesothelioma Asbestosis
Asbestos exposure is the main cause of asbestosis and mesothelioma. Both are long-term health issues. Mesothelioma, a cancerous condition, is different from asbestosis.

Symptoms
Mesothelioma is a cancer of the thin layer of tissue surrounding organs. It can be caused by exposure to asbestos. Asbestos is made up of mineral fibers which naturally occur. Diagnosis
The diagnosis of mesothelioma comes from the results of a series of tests, which include imaging scans and blood tests.
